Daily living support keeping the week on track

Medication reminders, appointments, errands and the routines that hold a week together when it starts slipping.

Free, no obligation. We'll tell you honestly what we'd recommend — including if that's nothing yet.

What's included

A care plan is built around what your loved one actually needs — this is the range it's drawn from.

  • Medication reminders and prompting
  • Keeping track of appointments
  • Help opening and sorting post
  • Errands and collections
  • Reminders and prompts through the day
  • Help with the phone, letters and forms
  • Keeping a routine steady week to week

What we do, and where the line is

Our caregivers remind and prompt. They will make sure your loved one knows it is time, that the right box is in front of them, and that it has not been missed.

Anything past reminders — handling medication itself, or any kind of clinical task — is a different level of service with different rules attached. If that is what your family needs, say so on the call and we will tell you plainly what applies to your situation rather than guessing at it here.

Missed things are usually the first signal

A missed dose, a missed appointment, a bill that went unopened. Individually they are nothing — everyone forgets. In a pattern they are the earliest thing families have to go on, and they usually show up well before anything more obvious.

Catching that pattern early is worth a great deal. Most of the crises we see coming were visible weeks before, in exactly this form.

The value is the consistency

Almost every family comes to us for one specific thing. What they tend to say afterwards is that the real value turned out to be different: someone dependable, at the same times each week, who notices when something has changed.

That steadiness is what makes the rest work. It is much easier to see that a person is not themselves when you have seen them every Tuesday for eight months.

Who this is for

Someone whose days have started getting away from them — missed doses, missed appointments, post piling up unopened.

How it starts

1

You call, or ask us to call you

Tell us what's been happening. There's no script and nothing to prepare.

2

We visit, at no cost

We come to the home, meet your loved one, and work out what would actually help.

3

Care starts

Usually within days. We start small, and adjust as you learn what's working.
